This Block is dedicated to Joseph Nichelini, second oldest Son of Pioneer winemaker Anton Nichelini and brother, friend and partner to William Nichelini. This Cabernet Sauvignon sits at the lower elevation of our vineyard and picks up many of the peppery and black berry flavors that is typical of the natural flora characteristic of the surrounding plant life. It is Cabernet with unique flavors stereotypical of Chiles Valley grapes. Our sunny days and cooler nights result in a later harvest which contributes to our Cabernet's rich characteristics
