This Block is dedicated to Frederick Nichelini, ninth child of pioneer winemaker Anton Nichelini and for many years the patriarch of the Nichelini Family. This is our oldest block planted in 1928 by Anton Nichelini and his sons. These Old Vine Zinfandel vines are over 82 years old and are recognized as some of the oldest in all of Napa. Its rich distinct peppery blackberry and anise flavors combined with incredible balance make these vines widely sought after.
